The board-pack test
Would this meeting list survive a sceptical CRO in a quarterly review? If not, it is not pipeline.
A full calendar is a vanity metric until someone asks which meetings match ICP, which advanced a stage, and which were polite tourists. We design sequences for the board-pack test, not the open-rate chart.
