The first forty-eight hours

What actually happens between signing and the first qualified meeting — without the onboarding theatre.

Most outbound vendors sell a ‘kickoff’ that lasts three weeks. We sell a line chosen and a force applied. Here is the honest clock.

Hour zero to twenty-four

  • ICP locked with you — industries, triggers, exclusions.
  • Domains warmed or connected; reputation budgets set.
  • Suppression lists imported. CRM writeback tested.

Hour twenty-four to forty-eight

First sequences live against a narrow slice of the ICP. Not the whole market — a clean test range. You see replies, bounces, and the first holds on a shared board. If the scent is wrong, we change the line before we scale the force.

Ramp is not a quarter. Ramp is a decision to commit the herd.

Next step

The range is already being hunted. Yours could be too.

Twenty minutes. We map your ICP, show a sample list, and tell you if we can fill the diary. No deck. No theatre.
